Hey Shroomerites!
Glad to see you all, and I hope this winter finds you all doing well! Those of you who followed along with my summer grow know we are coming off a tremendously successful summer, and now we are ready to commence our winter project! Of course this means another real time M-217 grow log, but as always our logged projects are always conducted with the intention of spreading knowledge and providing stupendous demonstration on home mushroom cultivation techniques.
As such, I'd like to ask what kind of log you all want this time around: Lab Manual Style has been very popular in the past, but I also enjoyed the real time discussion format from my summer project this year!
But the real question is genetics...i have available several options: I have Penis Envy Spores, KSSS spores, treasure coast spores, and B+.
Additionally I have the M217-A penis envy genetics I've been working exclusively with for the last year or so.
If I do a grow from spores content will cover preparing agar plates, cleaning cultures through agar transfer, Liquid culture prep, and bulk grow facilitation from LC.
If grown from preserved genetics we will start at the LC prep stage with background info only on agar!
Thanks guys, hope to hear a few responses, otherwise I'm sticking with M217-A! Happy holidays shroomerites

The simple answer is practice.
I've put a lot of effort into refining my liquid culture technique and have gotten it down to a truly reliable method.
I've never practiced grain to grain and am not keen on teach myself a new trick at this stage.
On a deeper level I believe liquid culture is the easiest approach given the number of empty syringes and premade grain jar lids I have at my disposal
