I don't smoke cigars but I have like 20 or 30 empty punch boxes I get free at the liquor store. Still trying to find a use for them all. I usually use them in trim season to store bud droppings.

Make em into guitars and sell em on Etsy or Ebay or something. Probably cost you $20-$30 per piece and you could sell each for a good $75-200.

You should make 30 world class cigar box guitars, and then put them all in a bonfire. That singular act might revive the punk movement.

I used to smoke one or two a day ,but now only one every week or two .
I bought a cpl Stainless Steel wine coolers and made Spanish cedar drawers for humidors .I have 500 or 600 cigars .
I only buy if its a super sale on internet . like box's or bundles .
that way I can smoke cigars that are $6 to $15 retail for $1.50 to $2.50

I've smoked a few cigars I really like the jm cigars they are really tasty and makes your hands stink for a good day. I smoke white owl and zigzag cigars to but I use weed instead of tobacco. I really like the mango white owls with some sticky herbs. But I've smoked a few real cigars but I pefer camel filters and the gas station cigars give me headaches I tried black and mild but it doesn't get me buzzed and usually leaves me spitting with a raging headache. But I do enjoy jm cigars they taste great I like to smoke them by the lake I sit and watch the boats and smoke my cigar on the shore. I started smoking cigars because of this album cover

Now-All drugs that can expand consciousness are without medical or social justification and anyone who uses them is a criminal. How dare you claim that an understanding of God is to be found in a white powder? This talk of communication with the inner self, the finding of one's way into the hidden reaches of the unconscious, is New Age nonsense and simply an excuse to use dangerous drugs.

Aye. Tobacco and the act ov smoking is psychoactive for me. I find a nice cigar to impart greater concentration and the relaxation ov a fine cigar session affords a sense ov well being. A cigar is superb for the enjoyment ov a book or conversation and relaxation with friends, especially if they happen to be puffing a stick as well.
Tobacco has an extensive history ov psychoactive usage. I also find the tobacco genius to have a very wise and powerful presence. Upon my wall rests an original work by brother ov the occult artes Daniel Schulke. It depicts the tobacco genie arising from a vessel, with tobacco resins used in parts ov the painting. It is certainly one ov the most powerful artifacts i own and has a very demanding presence. When i received it(along with a Val Denham lithograph owned by John Balance), i felt a powerful force emerge from the package once opened, and one corner ov a fabric piece i have by Diamanda Galas actually came off the wall(unframed and affixed with Velcro) at that very instance!

Its cool with me, lol. But i'm not OP
Honestly, if it were cool with xbloodwhipx, i think this would make a good "Post your cigar" or just a general 'anything-cigar-related' thread

Yeah, a post your stick thread would be cool.
Oliva Siere G in toro: No complaints whatsoever. Medium body with prominent cedar but no bitterness, even and rather slow burn, perfect draw, excellent smoke production. As good as it gets in the price range(i paid $6.25) IMO. Olivas are yummers.

This thread makes me want to try some new cigars, it's been a few years since I've smoked a good one.
I rarely smoke tobacco anymore since switching to vaping, but every once in a while I'll find an excuse to buy some. Problem is if I buy a pouch or tin of cavendish for my pipe I have a tendency to smoke all of it before it gets stale because I tell myself I don't want to waste it. Hmm. Picking up cigars is probably a better option since I usually want it for a specific occasion (initially).
In the past when buying a cigar I would walk into a shop on a whim, browse, realize I'm extremely ignorant about cigars, and buy one with a label that looks neat. Sometimes I got a good one I liked but many times I felt I wasted eight or nine bucks.
This thread has me thinking I'll formulate a better game plan next time and try to find something to my liking with at least some cursory research done beforehand to help guide my decision on a cigar.
One of my brothers was given a few super old Italian cigars that were just awful. We lit one a few months ago and it was so stale that when one of us took a drag it burned a fourth of the stick. Yuck!
Anybody freeze pipe tobacco? My buddy's roommate mentioned it once and I hadn't heard of it before that one instance. More common in certain areas/regions?
