I used to do low carb, high protein for a couple years. It is one of the best diets in terms of losing weight and keeping mental acuity I believe.
Now I'm an omnivore. But due to a change in my hormones, I prefer carbohydrates like pasta and bread over animal flesh. I abhor sweets even more than I used to though.
I still eat meat and fish, but I don't like it nearly as much as I used to. Which is funny, because protein used to be the number 1 part of my meal that I looked forward to the most.

I ate a quarter sheet of LSD once and went vegan right after. I can't stomach the thought of eating animal consciousnesses, and cheese, milk, and eggs gross me out.
I'm vegan but I mostly live on fruit. I have a complicated relationship with food, because I never feel hungry unless I'm really high, but then I don't want to kill my buzz.

I have had similar experience a couple of times with 20 100ug hits, I went through a period where I wouldn't touch animal anything, but once I got sober for a bit because of having to get clean from heroin, I realized my body needed what was in animal products. I would eat eggs, meat, or use butter, and instantly feel a tickling feeling in my brain, and then my genitals would elongate, and I would get horny, maybe it was hormones doing what they do. I never got that feeling from plant protein, so think I needed what was in the animal products, just in moderation, I eat animal stuff 3 times a week, maybe more, sometimes it's just cheaper to buy some meat and veggies and a bag of brown rice, you can save a lot of money cooking with those three things. Also, gotta have an egg with your ramen, I don't mean the cheap prepackaged ramen, but the good ramen, and egg thrown on top of that is amazing, or even a raw egg thrown in it, so fucking good.
I still prefer hemp protein, or pea protein, but I do eat white meat about three times a week. I like food, but I am like you, I usually only get hungry when I take certain substances, otherwise I forget to eat for the whole day unless I have worked out. I am the type of person that will drink coffee in the morning, then tea or water the rest of the day, and forget to eat until later at night, which is not healthy for metabolism.
If I am with people I am more apt to eat properly though, you know 3 times a day type thing.

definitely omnimore.
But sometimes i go vegetarian with my meals to save money since meat is expensive (as it should be for those poor, delicious animals that died for us).
i like a variety of foods, chinese, american, mexican, japanese, italian, thai, mediterrian (sp?), some indian, u get the idea.
Most dishes from around the world have meat, and they know how to cook it well.
I typically eat more meat in the summer with BBQs going and all.

It's possible, the weightlifter that was on the USA Olympic team this year was vegan. His name was Kendrick Farris, and I think he deadlifts like 800lbs or something.
A lot of it is genetics though, and the thing is this guy has only been vegan for 2 years, not his whole life.

I shoot 70-90% of my own meat. Depending on how well I do in a hunting season. Two turkeys a year15-25 lbs. About 30 squirrels. About 10-20 lbs. Same with rabbits. Small gamebirds give me about another10-20 lbs of meat. Fish accounts for up to about 30 lbs. Again depending on season, anywhere from 50-200 lbs of deer meat. ate beef for the first time in a while the other day. I also grow 50-80% of mu own vegetables for the year, grown all organic, meat raised wild. The 30% or so off food I dont shoot or grow is either things I can't shoot or grow here, or bought from an organic food store. Or whenever I go to a returaunt.
-------------------- its that bitter-sweet-sour, electric-smooth-twang. everything you ever have, are. or will feel along with every emotion, joy, hate, love, fear or aspiration burning down your nerves and into the fabric of your place in this existence at ten thousand degrees above and below zero will you find yourself wondering if you've been dead or alive this whole time. being born over and over only to die over and over hoping the wheel stops in the same place it started when you spun it, and when it finally does and you can step back and take a nice deep breath you realize how beautiful life is, remember, wake up to the most beautiful day of your life every single day, its just the way.

organic is a marketing term that really means nothing. what you grow, you know what goes into it, what others grow to sell you, you dont know shit about because organic is nothing more than a way of increasing prices and spreading bullshit

I eat both with a ratio of about 5:1 for vegetables : meat.
I'm find of chicken but I don't really class it as meat when compared to beef.
