Brilliant! How long would you say it has before it can fruit?

Looks fine. It's about ready for fresh air. What type of spawn, and what was ratio?

You can fruit it now or wait a couple more days. Up to you

They mean the ratio of grains to bulk material, i.e. did you mix 1 volume of grain to 1 volume of coir.

I don't think so from what I know it was 1:6 grain coir

Some orange spots, maybe it is your spawn? You may be seeing spaceships soon.

Generally what I use is 1qt of spawn to every 1-2 lbs of coir/substrate. The more spawn you use, the faster it will colonize, the more kickass nutrients you'll have, and the more expansive pinsets you will get, with bigger more kick you in the throat fruits.
1:6 is very low ratio. That's like a pint of grain to every 1 lb of coir. Not enough.
If I had to guess, those mushies will be quite small.

Will the higher volume of spawn not create a higher yield of mushrooms as opposed to using less spawn? Just asking want to know ins n outs?

Do the majority of the anabolic nutrients come from the grain?

The majority of nutrients period come from the grain. The general thought is that the bulk substrate (coir) is primarily useful to provide hydration for the grow, with a secondary purpose of providing structure and bulk for the mycelium to expand in, and a more distant tertiary purpose of providing a bit more nutrition.
And yes, more spawn generally means more mushrooms.

Should swim bake this at 200 degrees in order to bring about nutrients in the coir similar to what can be found in the grain?

Or would that then make it overly nutritious?

Nope, just prep it normally. I don't know where you got the whole 'baking coir = makes it nutritious' thing though.
We don't use SWIM here either, it doesn't offer any real protection (legal or otherwise).

Damn gotta get with the times, and I hear that baking coir in certain cases can bring about a sudden paradoxical change you get a huge nutritional spike and after doing this it becomes a sort of super substrate with properties that can put manure of the highest quality to shame

Best thing you can do IMO is follow one of the coir teks under "Bulk Substrate Preparation" from this list: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/21448273
