spawned bulk substrate not fruting

Hi, this is my first post(sorry if i do something wrong, I've read the rules) i have 4 manure/coir spawned substrate in my fruiting chamber for more than 2 weeks and they are not fruiting. some of them look a bit dry but humidity is at 90% minimum and temperature is 26C(78F), i fan/ventilate 3 times a day and mist every time. when i incubated the spawn i did it at room temp (21C,69F) and the bulk substrate as well. the spawn didnt have any contam and id fully colonized in 10 days aprox. the bulk substrate was incubation for aprox 10 days. My question is: what im i doing wrong(temp, humidity, ventilation...? some substrates are bruising blue on the sides, is this a good sing? do you see any contamination? are the substrates too dry? is it fully colonized? here are the pics
hope you have enough information. thanks for your time. AX07

theres several things wrong.
First, the fruiting chamber is lacking FAE. I would suggest a SGFC for those trays. Or next time try a monotub.
Second, u need to line the inside of the trays with black plastic. Helps with side pinning.
Third, im pretty sure u need to patch up those mycelium patches to promote pinning.
I highly suggest u read more up on bulk growing.

Looks to wet and the brown one is contam containers near it. The chamber is a bad. Might as well open air fruit them at this point , just mist them ok. How did you pasture your sub. In all trues if unsure about contams do straight coir even straight cased grain using pure coir do nicely.

Thanks for the reply, im very gratefull. For fresh air exchange i use an aquarium oxingenator that pumps in air into the water(its the round container near the red one) what do you think the blue bruising is then? what do you mean patch them? sorry for my noobinnes ill look it up bulk substrate and patching

i pasteurized by boiling the substrate in water for 1h and let it sit until it cooled

Pasteurization occurs at 140-160 degrees. I think you partially sterilized.

Its been over a week and still no fruting... Do you think its contaminated? Ive put two new trays but i really dont know whats wrong. I do fresh air exchange nd mist heavily at least 3 times a day... Dont know if to dunk them or do it all over

Ok thanks for the info. I guess thats whats going on with the other substrates... maybe they are contaminated and thats why its not fruting... Ive dunked one of the sibstrates to see if it helps to fruit but if its contaminated ont think ill have look What do you think about dunking to try and trigger pinning? Also how do you recognize its mold and not mycelium? They are nearly the same...

The mold is disorganised. The pan mycelium should grow in a stronger more radial manner. Molds are mycelium as well and some mushrooms have bizarre looking mycelium so it's good to learn some of the more common patterns that they can take. There are some very subtle variations but they are variations regardless.

Do you guys think it could of been because of the bulk substrate? Or because that genetic strain doesnt have fruting capacities? Thanks. AX07
