    #23806087 - 11/06/16 10:53 AM (7 years, 2 months ago)

Hi All,

I was hoping you could help, went walking with my friend in some dench woodland in the UK this morning and came across these growing on a fairly wet tree stump. Im hoping they are liberty caps but not entirely sure. Can you help?

Thanks

Hello bro,

I think that they are Mycenas just like what i found today.
I am not a pro but just by comparing them.

Good luck.

PS. No Psylocibin in them i guess.

I am no expert, so can't put a name to them, but libs don't grow in woodland. Check out this thread for UK liberty cap discussion, along with lots of pictures.

You need to be looking in pastures ideally. The season seems to be going strong still, so plenty of time to get out and find some!
