I just meditated 20 minutes. I followed the beginning, middle and end of the inhalation and then the beginning, middle and end of the exhalation, mentally noting beginning, middle end I know, or should I rephrase some of the time was definitely good I have wondered for quite a long time (years) wether time can be good inherently (I have know it is worth something (a specific amount of money (per second for example)) and I have kind of had the suspicion or thought that the universe is positive but apparently, or rather definitely some nature can be inherently good maybe outside of meditation sessions but definitely when one is meditating so go meditate 20 minutes at the same time every day if you like, it is very good

time is inherently good for the opportunity it provides to follow the breath some more.
good to read that you are finding your way.

positive feeling = positive reienforcement to continue
however all competent teahers point out that all meditaion helps
and
that attachment to such feelings is a trap, or setup for future disapointment
true meditation is not the same as a self hypnosis program oriented towards 'success'
instead I have heard, it is better to say to oneself:
' this s plesant' or "that was plesant"
everything phenomenal changes
pardon spelling please

To rate your time meditating as "good" or "bad" is to slip back into duality.

You can be/act/behave 'inherently' good by taking the positive aspects from the black and white reality of life and death.
As for time.
Quote:
"The universe that we observe has precisely the properties we should expect if there is, at bottom, no design, no purpose, no evil, no good, nothing but blind, pitiless indifference." - Richard Dawkins
Time is like a leaf in the wind, either it's time well spent or time you've wasted, so time is what you make it.
I think the best meditation is positive reinforcement with total acknowledgement of good and bad aspects.
