It is hard to tell by the picture but it looks good. Cut out a piece with a scalpel (flame it before and cool it by slicing uncolonized agar). Transfer it to a new plate. Be as clean and as fast as possible. Good luck
After this step you can let the transferred piece colonize until it is big enough to cut it in some pieces. You can inoculate grain with it or another dish.

What strain is that? Over the tears I've grown to really appreciate meaty stems like that. Is it PE?

At every new stage in the cultivation process I've been overly excited, and today was the most excited I've been yet, that's because today is the first day I saw pins!!!

Question though, as you can see I've implemented bottom watering, and one of the pins is pushing directly up against that, tinfoil isn't all that strong so I'm worried the mushroom will break through the tinfoil, should I pull it or just kinda wait and see how it goes? I mean after all I can always get more tinfoil. Thanks in advance! I'm super excited for what happens next.

I love learning, especially from someone who's passionate about their field of knowledge. In the far east they're much more likely than westerners to list "awe" as a basic human emotion, and to be honest, I'd agree. When was the last time you felt it? Einstein once said if you cannot explain it to a six year old then you do not understand it yourself.
