Please help me find out whats wrong with my oyster technique

Hello to fellow mushroom enthusiasts.i have been trying to cultivate pleurotus djamor in a room which has temperature of 36-37 (hardly changes that range). I spray water very frequently to the humidity up.(7-8 times a day). My substrate is hot water submerged rice straw. spawning ratio 2:7. I just open windows to facilitate air exchange.
(I think the straw had about 70-80% moisture when i spawned it, which i know is a lot but i had no resources to properly dry the straw in sunlight)
Im at day 16 now, my bags have unusually large number of pinheads appearing from the slits, none of them reach full size. If i pluck some pinheads off leaving only one or two, they will increase in size , still not by that much. First flush is over and it gave 25% b.e yeild.
so this is my scenario my question to you is -What might be the cause of this "over pinning" -whats a good mode of temperature and humidity control for a very small one/two room set up.are AHUs pretty good at maintaining such conditions? Is insulating the room a must, for the ahu to function properly?
Please help me guys, i want to set up growing in concrete rooms with precise temperature and humidity. If insulation is crucial, then what is a good way to control environment without insulation. Please share your wisdom and suggestions for a newb like me.

Is that 36-37°C or °F. If °C then thats far too high, in fact its on the limit. If you are talking °F then that is way too low, so you must mean °C.
Shroomery data here, you want 20-30°C.

Do you have any way to measure the humidity? Chances are your too hot and dry in there.

I do have a digital thermometer and hygrometer, humidity is 60-70% at the least and it reaches 80-85% when i have just watered it. And can you guys please share some information about environment control.

I'm so sorry the temperature in my room is 26-27c (Not 36-37). what could be the reason for "over pinning"? I have ecountered this over pinning problem in multiple trials that i did in the same growing room. changing species did not help.

How big are your straw bags/logs? How many slits or holes per bag are you making and how big are they?
Photos would be nice!

The exsessive pinning may be due to too many places to fruit...is the straw in poly tubes, buckets, baskets or what? If you're n baskets they can get really overgrown resulting in tons of places to pin, producing many small fruit. If you restrict fruiting area you'll get better clumps as opposed to solitaries growing all over.

I have grown them in PP bags.My bags weight 500 gms each. I had made 4 pinholes during spawning. and when the pinheads began to appear i made 4 vertical slits about 4 inches long on all 4 sides of the bag circumference. (4444xd). Should i reduce the number or slits made? I will upload photos soon, fuck im so poor i cant even afford a camera phone right now.

They will pin anywhere they're exposed to the air. Just punch holes every 3 inches or so. No slits.

With bags weighing a little over a pound they will not be heavy producers. I would put 2-3 half inch slits when making and not do anything else. Large slits = lots of pins

Next time aim for bags around the 2-3kg range. You will get much better results. If your doing straw logs go around 20-30 lbs if you can get poly tubes.
