Now, I can't recall, so I'm going to do a search, but my questions are:
Mimosa Hostilis is the (/a) DMT containing ingredient of ayahuasca?
Any MAOI will work?
Will no MAOI force all the DMT to be metabolized, thereby negating any trippyness?
What MAOI is it that is traditionally used in the Amazon? some kind of seeds?

what?? traditional ayahuasca used cappi vine (harmaline) and pschotoria virdis leaves (dmt) . however they can be substituted with syrian rue seeds (harmaline) and mimosa hostilis (dmt) . essentially it is the same thing though

well, bouncing bear sells mhrb for $50 per 8oz plus like $7 per shipping..so i'd say you got a real good deal man.

& if yr planning on doing just dmt, you'll have to do some kind of extraction to get a smokable solid or goo...
(note: doing the extraction may yield almost 1% yield of a schedule one chemical --- very illegal in the usa & most other countries...)

you'll only know if it was worth the money after you've used.
it's content may vary a lot from the region it was harvested, time of the year, et cetera...
only through analysis or bioassaying you'll know.

What dose(s) do you have planned? All 8 at once, or are you splitting it?

I have some MHRB extract that I made and I would rather ingest it orally if I can. How exactly would one go about it. Would you take the syrian rue an hour ahead of the MHRB both encapsulated?

smoked dmt should not be much different than smoking crack from a rough point of view (except for the health side). it's a 5-10 minutes buzz and then you're spitted back into the old reality...
i think anahuasca should allow one to take much more out of the experience...

Ya you heard him, DMT is like smoking crack, psychedelic crack. Intense rushes, feelings of lots of energy...well I don't really know because I havent smoked crack, but DMT is like the fastest your brain can perceive things and time will slow down like a mofo and your brain will be thinking a mile a minute. Only lasts as long as crack as well.
BTW, I ordered bark from bouncingb last summer and it was crappy. 20g wouldn't give me more than trails...8g of bark from iamshaman.com would be stronger than 25g of the stuff I had from bouncingb. Iamshaman's bark is also purple tinted, which looks pretty darn cool  .

i mean, what can one take out of a 5 minutes trip? sure something but perhaps nothing compared to a longer experience with oral mimosa or ayahuasca...
this is my point.
