Hey guys,
I recently spent sometime in New Zealand, an absolute mushroom hunting paradise.
Below are some pictures I took while there, any info you have on them would be great.
I'm fairly certain none of them are psychedelic but I could be wrong

I can only identify the blue one, which I think is Entoloma hochstetteri. I think it's my favorite mushroom. Actually I also think the first one is a Russula, and the clustered ones Armillaria. Others will tell you much better.
Gorgeous pics ! What camera + lens are you using ?

Yeah I managed to find a bit of info on the blue one, turns out its on a NZ postage stamp.
Although, not much is know about it in general. I couldn't find out whether it was edible or poisonous. Nothing
I couldn't believe my luck when I spotted it, such a beautiful mushroom.
I'm using a Canon 60D and the pictures were taken with a EFS 24MM f2.8
Such a good little lens, it's tiny, cheap, takes great low light pictures and you can leave it on all day

Nice! I'll get a Nikon D5300/D3300 and also a 35mm f1.8 lens in two weeks. Can't wait to shoot some shrooms

#1 Russula sp, I can't identify to species without specimens in hand. #2 Cortinarius sp, from the Rozites group, maybe C. pselioticton but need more data to be sure. #3 Russula sp, again unable to id without close examination. #4 Entoloma hochstetteri, it's on the NZ $50 #5 Cortinarius, Rosites group, probably the same as #2. #6 Russula sp, same specimen as #1 from a different angle. #7 Phellodon sinclairii #8 Hypholoma australianum #9 Entoloma hochstetteri, shot sort of looks photoshopped #10 Not enough detail to make an id. #11 Cortinarius Telamonia group "Telamonioidae", maybe C. waiporianus, would need to study the spores.
