Hey, this is my first post. Sorry if this should be in the health and fitness forum, but thougt it would be okay here.
I am 22 years old now, this accident happened to be when I was a child. I fracture my back and wasn't able to walk for a little while and couldnt to physical sports or things like that.
So I assume have a bad back and I can see health issues looming in the future. I don have to be crippled because of my back when I'm 50 which I think is possible. I want to increase my longevity and healthy diet.
Do you in guys have any ideas or product suggestions I should be doing? Right now I'm eating fruit and vegetable smoothies. I plan on purchasing a lot of kale and red beet, protein or weight gainer, a milk or hemp milk or goat milk for my bones so I can fix my self.
Can some one g guide me a little bit so I can get on track to better my self? I don't take any pharmaceuticals for mental health anymore and just smoke cannabis now. Thank you!

Are you dealing with any pain? If so kratom may be worth looking into. If your just looking for healthy lifestyle tips I will try and think of a few.
For one are you seeing a chiropractor or something? Would be smart to see an expert possibly to find out of certain stretches and or exercises may help.
Focusing on your posture and diet are probably both great places to start. Try sleeping with as straight a back as you can, etc.
Start making some really healthy soups/ stews. I imagine some fatty/ meaty soups would provide a lot of nutrition for your bones.
Milk is good too, maybe look into making your own hemp milk even as it can be expensive. You can buy hemp nuts/ seeds and blend em in water though.
Maybe a daily multivitamin would help as well. Look into various medicinal herbs/ fungi which might also aid your recovery. That is about all that comes to mind.

Goodluck though, I wish you the best with your recovery/ preventative measures
-------------------- Don't worry about me, I've got all that I need. And I'm singing my song to the sky You know how it feels, With the breeze of the sun in your eyes. Not minding that time's passing by I've got all and more, My smile, just as before. Is all that I carry with me I talk to myself, I need nobody else. I'm lost and I'm mine, yes I'm free

My pain is very low.im so busy stressing out and trying to do something productive with my self I don't even notice it and forget about my back. I'm 5 feet 5 inches tall and low weight which is about 120.
Right now actually my back is really painful but I can't start taking pain pills. So I smoke as a relaxant. I usually forget tho I've tried steroid and loves them but I can't hand the side effects cause i had a head injury lol...
I've tried Kratom and the effects were stronger than I expected. I think I'm going to make a bacon kale ganna smoothie. Lol. Yeah I'm really bored so I'm posting

Exercise, build up the muscles of your back, also stretch. Protein, calcium, magnesium, and zinc are good for strong bones/nerves, and take b-vitamins daily too.
Water is good to keep your discs hydrated, which helps keep them functioning properly.

Nuts, seeds, fish, fresh fruit and veg.
Also, watch this:
-------------------- Pain is temporary. It may last for a minute or an hour or a day or even a year but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it will last forever.
