The Psathyrella sp. is probably P. candolleana.

Dennis Desjardin recently released a new book on California Mushrooms. I would recommend that.

That is a very good book, but Mushrooms of the Redwood Coast is much better and costs less.

I love this book. Identification is easy and the pictures are beautiful, the price is unbelievably low for such a high quality book.
