Help identifying my new Cactus friend
    #23794382 - 11/02/16 11:46 AM (7 years, 2 months ago)

Hey everyone. This little guy wandered onto my doorstep and was hoping if anyone could help out to ID him.
Thanks everyone! ☺️

Nice cactus.
To me, it resembles Myrtillocactus geometrizans.

Thank you! He is cute.

A couple notes:
1) main column has 6 ribs. Some parts, not all are a little Wavy in profile. Kinda well defined.
2) Aerole has 1 longer spine and 3 little ones. But that is not true for all areoles. Some don't have the long one. The long one is about 25mm

3)The spines are either brown / dark grey or bone white.
It looks like he has been cut up a bunch and repotted, he is making pups everywhere.
4) 6 come in at the end nicely.
