Shook a fully colonized jar, the grains have not re-adhered to eachother 48 hours later

It looked nice and clean before the shake, but now I'm not seeing much regrowth at all and they still pour around like loose grains 2 days after the shake.
I'm assuming this means there's stealthy bacteria in there or something but figured it might make a good thread.
Now I have kind of been fucking with the jar too often, flipping them upside down every 12 hours or so to see if they were recovering. But my oyster jars that received the same procedure have regrown/re-adhered.

There r variables at play
Room temp, grain moisture content, species, prob more it's late lol
Some species r slow, so give then at least 24 hrs before even touching it.
I go by looks. U can tell by looks when it's re colonized with a trained eye.
If it doesn't look re colonized yet and it's been 24HRS give it 48hrs.
Do not touch it until it's been 48hrs. None of this tipping it upside down all the time loke ur tweaking. Leave it be until it's been the time u wanted THEN tip it upside down
Otherwise ur wasting ur time.
Each time u tip it upside down, it breaks all the mycelium. Then the mycelium has to start over from that point on re colonizing....
I'd say the most likely prob is you messing w them too much. Wait another 24-48hrs w out touching em.
U will know by then. U will have wet spots or u won't have wet spots and u will have re colonization

When you post outside of TNF and AMU you get all the opinions of the Internet, as incomprehensible as they come sometimes...
Long winded responses aside, your oysters will always colonize faster than cubes. Cubes can be slow. Just be patient. Bacterial presence shows its face when the jar stalls more than in recovery.

You know I've never actually posted in AMU, can't even remember what TNF stands for atm.
