Are these Libertycaps?

Found these underneath a pine tree, in decomposing needles, and some grass.
It's next to a trail where people walk their dogs.
The cap is slippery & has ridges
The gills are dark brown/purple to grey/white
The stems don't bruise, which concerns me but I think it might be because it's so late in the season?
And I couldn't tell if it had a pellicle.
