Acrocybe Aegerita/Black Poplar/Pioppini Sawdust Bag/PF tek/Monotub growing suggestions?

Hi! Wanting to grow Pioppini. Either PF tek or monotub will do fine, but I'd like to stick to one of those two. Does anybody have an idea for what the substrate should consist of? Or any other details I should keep in mind for this mushroom?
EDIT I've done more research and realized that fruiting in a sawdust bag will probably get better yields. But I've done so much research and still failed to find one thing. After cutting the top of the bag off, HOW do I maintain relative humidity while still maintaining high FAE? I've read that SGFC does NOT provide enough FAE for Acrocybe Aegerita. I have NO idea how to do this part. Or should I dump the colonized grain spawn into a tray and case it? But then how do I fruit from the tray? So many unanswered questions that I couldn't find from research.
Thanks!

For sure supplemented sawdust is going to get you better yields, I would suggest a mini greenhouse or something similar for this. It can be a simple setup with a PC fan on top for FAE and an utrasonic humidifier, the first one I made was from Violets tek. Gr0wer has a great tek for a fruiting chamber built from plastic shelving, take a look at that one as well.

I'm not looking for such a big setup. literally just one or two growbags. :/

Could I just put a plastic bag with some holes ontop? Can I case from within the myco bag? Just adding a layer of casing ontop to keep in humidity? So confused

You can case in bags, but I don't think those species get cased, I could be wrong. You can also put a bag with holes on top, but I guess it depends on what your going for, if your going to do more than a couple of bags that may be a pain in the ass and more laborious.
