Just noticed a bunch of shrooms in my neighbor's yard. I think I see some blue tinting...anyone able to ID these / are they magic? /prays
**apologize in advance for huge pic, wanted to make sure you could see 'em real well

Doesn't appear active to me. Wait for confirmation though because the orange/rust is usually a danger sign. Look on wood chips or closely nearby. Keep hunting!

Aww, should have known it was too good to be true. It looks a lot like H. Conica to me too after looking at pics and reading the description, especially the turning black bit...many in the yard were completely black but still standing.
Thank you all for identifying and responding, still cool to read and learn about the finds even if they aren't magical :p

Just to add to this- a lot of us on this site have have good luck looking in mulch beds inside of city parks near rivers, streams and other bodies of water.
