ate a strange mushroom

hello, I'we been hunting 3 weeks ago and did't know exactly what i was doing. I'we picked all sorts of mushrooms and put them in the same plastic bag. I ate just one, the only one that looked like a lib but again it sat in the same bag with the others. After about 4 hours I started to feel a tingle in kidneys (not a pain but some spasm) and it never stopped since.(no other symptoms). I'we been to a lot of doctors and they say I am fine but the tingle is still there. Also the doctors said that if the mushrooms had maggots and snails they are edible but as far as I know that is not true. Here are some photos of what i'we picked. In the first photo is the mushroom that i ate (only the tall one)
and here are the others that i'we trowed away

I'm sorry for being this stupid.

First picture are liberty caps.
Second picture is a Mycena sp.
Unsure about pictures three and four. Can you possibly provide gill shots? Where in the world are you situated?
You're not likely to get poisoned by any of your finds.
But that maggot/snail "theory" of your doctor is ridiculous. I would never return there.

The third mushroom looks like a Stropharia sp., perhaps faded S. pseudocyanea.
Doctors shouldn't be complacent about critters in wild food (but it isn't those big ones you need to worry about, and emergencies are not common), nor about a lot of left-field questions, but they are most probably right that this incident isn't an obvious vector for any issues.

sorry but those are the only pictures i took before i trashed them. I found them in Transylvania. All the mushrooms were on a piece of paper and when i'we turned it over to trash them only that one mushroom remained stuck to the paper so i ate it without thinking. Is it possible to micro intoxicate myself and to have problems later? I'we heard of poisonous mushrooms showing symptoms only after 4 to 21 days. Today is my 22 day and I feel fine except that sensation I feel in my kidneys (not a pain). The doctors said that if there was something wrong I would had felt it from the first 24 hours. I still have to go to a lot of check-ups the next weeks but what concerns me is the lack of knowledge of the doctors. In these 3 weeks I developed tons of theories for my sensation because i'm a natural born paranoid. The main one is that it's all psychological and just that constant thoughts of my kidneys made me aware of them working (especially since 3 weeks ago I started drinking gallons of detox tea for kidneys and liver). If I meditate for a while on any other organ I start to feel a similar sensation there but the kidney tingle is still there in the background. One doctor said it could be just the muscles and another one said kidney pain is dead serious not a tingle but that constant sensation stops me from living a normal life. Again, sorry for being such a noob and wasting everybody's time but apparently the doctors are not prepared only for serious case of poisoning.

You can take it easy.
The only seriously toxic mushroom species with a long latency are Cortinarius species C. orellanus and C. rubellus. You have none of those.

Maggots and snails are completely edible. People eat them in other countries, plus maggots are full of protein.

Well, maybe I got this wrong - but my impression is the doctor meant that mushrooms being host to maggots and snails are edible - as in "if the critters can eat them without getting poisoned, humans can too".

Gotcha, I misread that. Yeah, that would make the doctor a complete idiot.
