Can Trich Spread from inside bags?

In the spot where I had a few bags I noticed this bad smell and thought maybe someone had farted or there was a sewer issue or something had died in the ceiling. The smell got worse and I went through all the bags to find the culprit:

Do you guys know if mould spores can escape from the 0.2 micron patch or from where it is double-tied? Would they be an issue for other bags or are you usually pretty safe with spawn bags surviving environmental spore fallout?
Cheers

That bag looks terrible man...

If you open that in your fruiting room you should immediately call Dr. House-cause you'll need a diagnostician to cure your grow area.
Haha. I've had around the same before.... sometimes you don't see them until it gets to that point.. especially when you have 100+ jars... hehe

Thanks for that. That was the classic deadly fart smell you would get from an innocent pretty looking girl in an elevator. Do you mind if I ask you how this bag looks by comparison? Cheers

Very bacterial. What method did you use to inoculate these bags?
There is an error in your ways somewhere that needs to be addressed.
Maybe explain from the beginning from either your spore syringe or spore print?

Hmm I made sure my grains were pretty well hydrated, as I had issues with colonising because of grains that were too dry. I expected to see a bit of extra moisture in the bags. The bags I had inoculated over the laminar flow hood by pouring some grains from the jar into it and then sealing with a sealer.
About the history:
Firstly start with spore print to spore syringe to agar then do a transfer or two:

Secondly agar wedge to a jar of grains:

How do these aged jars look?

Thanks for your help...

Whew! Thats a relief! Would hate to start again from scratch.
Is is possible that the fluid in the bags is just residual or extra water, due to a prolonged pre-soak and boil or are there other telltale characteristics that would indicate bacteria?
Thanks again for your expertise!

I didn't catch that this was sclerotia.
This is where I bow out-I have 0 experience with stone producing cult. and I don't want to give you the wrong advice.
My apologies...

That bag has yeast. Too much moisture in your grain too. The larger the jar/bag, the lower the moisture content.

It is a good way to get some stealthy goodies that look like regular pickled onions Well sort of anyway!
Okay - I knew I was taking a chance with it, as Cronicr mentioned that grow bags can go anaerobic. If it were yeast in the bags, would it have a particular smell, besides the visual indication of extra water? Would the stones start to look funny or there be any other telltale patterns?
Cheers
