Photos:

Habitat:
Growing in a grove of assorted fruit trees, lots of nettles around. Dark, rich soil. Around 1400m altitude. Growing from dirt, found in the tablelands area of NSW, Australia.

Gills:
Light creamy-brown with lots of black spores. Gills turned a deep black colour after being squashed and left to sit. Gills don't attach to the stem, only the underside of the cap.

Stem:
About 7cm from the bottom of the cap to the bottom of the stem, same mushroom as the one pictured. Only about 2mm wide. Colour starts as a dull light brown near the ground then changes to a light cream near the gills. Stem is fibrous and hollow, feels smooth.

Cap:
Mushroom pictured is 17mm across. Colour is a dull brown with a lighter cream-ish coloured ring around the edge. Texture is pretty much smooth to the touch but has little bit of texture (photos can do better than me here), cap is dry as well.

Spore print color:
Black, very much so like charcoal, that's the best way I could describe it. Lots of spores as well, I got a print just by sitting the cap down pretty much.

Bruising:
Stem doesn't bruise any particular colour, the gills however have turned a definite black colour, however that's everywhere, so I don't know if any of it is bruising or all just the way it's changed after picking.

Other information:
Smells faintly like mushrooms you'd buy from a supermarket for cooking.

Panaeolus, might be P. acuminatus, but it could also be another species.
