Hey I have a agar dish with some healthy looking mycelial growth, i did isolate the nice rizomorphic parts and now feel like doing a wee experiment with the rest of my dish... any ideas? i was thinking i could try fruit from the dish is this possible? any cool ideas? Thanks Spiggle

Yes, you can let that plate grow out and wait to see if it pins invitro, although it's not guaranteed that it will. If it does, you can pluck out the nicest pin from a cluster (if possible) using sterile tweezers and following proper sterile tech, then transfer the pin to a new receiving plate.
This pin should be very clean cos it was grown invitro and will probably not need cleaning up, although further transfers would not do any harm just to be safe.
This clone will guarantee that you have a fruiter, but you have to test it out to see if it performs well and it's worth keeping.
If the agar pool in that ms plate is shallow and/or the genetics you got in there need to take their sweet time to pin, it's possible that the plate might not have enough water content to allow a pinset.
Since you can't know if the plate is going to pin, you could make an LI with that plate and inoculate some PF tek style invitro jars and this will allow you to clone invitro pins as well. Or you could just use that plate to noc some grain jars to do a regular grow, although you can never be sure that plate is sufficiently clean to guarantee clean spawn because it came from MS.

That doesn't really look all that healthy. Might not be worth trying to fruit.

only "experiment" I would do is inoculate a trash can with that and put it by the curb.

Try prints to agar next time. In the pic it looks like you squirted an awful lot of spore solution.

Because it looks like a giant blob instead of growing out from a central point.
