P. semilanceata?

A friend and I have been jonesing to get our hands on some liberty caps, but neither of us have hunted before. We went out last week, and like many beginners, I'm sure, gathered a bunch of mycena. Thanks to the message boards here, I realized our error and tossed the lot.
Today we went for a toiling 4 hour hike through pasture and over grassy lawns only to find what I believe to be 18 p. semilanceata specimens. I'm not sure if we're looking in the wrong areas or maybe today was a bit too cold? (1C) We live in Newfoundland, east coast Canada. I think we picked a few of them perhaps prematurely, are the small ones no good (or maybe too hard to get an ID?)
* Habitat: These were found on a grassy, landscaped area, on hilly terrain. Grass was short and manicured. Lots of dew. I think it was near some ash or aspen trees. * Location: Avalon Peninsula, Newfoundland, Canada * Cap: Nippled. Olive-green/brown when fresh, darker near the margin. Striated when fresh. Faded to a pale tan now that they're drying, still darker near the margin. * Gills: Greyish brown. Moderately spaced. * Stem: Thin, very spindly. Shreds easily. Paler than the cap. * Spore print color: None yet, waiting on a few of the better preserved specimens. * Scent of the mushroom: Musty * Bruising There may be some bluish bruising on a few of the specimens.
Fresh:

After a few hours:

Thanks for your help!

That one the cap has been split so it's flattened out quite considerably compared to the others. In person it looks very much like the other mushrooms.

Nice job! Now you know what they look like you will be able to spot them more easily.
Sometimes when you're out looking, the mushrooms come to you.
