Agar to Rye Grain inoculated 15 days ago. Here's photo:

This is only one side of jar, other sides there's no any sign of growing. Put my jars into incubator at 77f why is so slow growing? Any advice?

Firstly that myc looks a bit fluffy and I wouldnt be too sure its what you want
Secondly give it a shake and watch it rapidly colonise that.
If it fine it should colonise in a few days.

Depending on how cold your house gets I say take them out of the incubator.

how many transfers did you make on the agar, do you have like a journal of that or something?
Just curious to hear your process.

Now I'm preparing to shaking all of them.

My room temperature is 60f
that might be the reason for slow colonization.

Yep, you might just have slow genetics, hence our brother asking about agar which helps you find fast genetics.
77 IMO is a little on the warm side. I only say that because Mush Myc seems to colonise and grow faster and better than mold and bacteria at lower temps. I have found no higher than 70 ideal for this balance.
If all your jars are at this stage then a shake will wake things up and u will be looking at 100% in 5-7 days
When you finally fruit these guys I would suggest you clone the first Pin or 2 and clone the strongest looking mushroom. Then you have good genetics to work with
Good luck buddy!
