Yellow spots that turned blue overnight. Contamination?

So, last night I noticed yellow spots on two of my cakes, and this morning when I harvested, they had gone blue/green. Is this a trichoderma infection?
These cakes are still on their first flush and I would like not to lose them. Can I cut out the infection?
At first I thought that it was merely bruising, but when I rubbed my finger over it, it was on the surface and not like bruising that appears to be more like an internal stain.

Thanks, I'll mist them again now. Should I cut those parts out? Say, like 2mm into the mycelium layer, just to be safe?

No... cutting anything out wont help at all only do more damage leave it alone you can even get an old syringe and inject water into the cakes.. but hows your setup ? And if your fanning stop

Hmm... I see. I'm using a SGFC that has been built to specification, apart from one row right at the top that I missed, but I have been picking up fuzzy feet and increased fanning to try and get better FAE.
It's bloody hot where I am at the moment, and the cakes, even without much fanning, seem to be drying out really quickly. I was afraid that I might be misting too much.

Awesomeness. Thanks heaps man. I'll make sure to mist a max of 6 times and a minimum of 3 times a day. Just depending on their needs.
Tell me, even with that bacterial infection, can I still dunk them with my other cakes or should I dunk those separately? Probably makes more sense to dunk them apart?

I would just in case but i dont know if it would matter much, all cakes are probably bacterial to begin with due to noccing with straight syringe and how they sit so long ... how deep is your perlite ? And is it elevated with holes on the bottom for updraft?

Hmm... Interesting. I will dunk them apart just to be sure.
My perlite is just above the 4" mark and it's elevated 2". However, my room is super still and barely gets any air flow.

So you think even if it seems still, there still is air movement, the tub will almost create its own draft... 4" is good on your next run put it atleast 5 and how many cakes are you fitting? You dont want them crammed but the more cakes you can fit comfortably the better they create their own micro climate

Yeah, I didn't purchase enough perlite. My mistake to think 15L was enough. It seems to be working though, so much so that my humidity is that high that I'm getting fuzzy feet. I'll add another inch though.
At the moment, have 5 cakes fruiting and one cake consolidating. There's still plenty of space in between though.

The fuzzy feet is strange because my tubs will have no top poly yet still have fuzzy feet i will also have my surface drying out alot with fuzzy feet?? Its weird im still trying to figure out dialing in haha i really believe it was due to my room being hot and the floor vent blowing so much im hoping with this cooler air it helps out alot... i have done brf cakes just small trays basically cased grain and i thought one bag would of been good i was amazed once in the tub it barely gave me 3"

Yeah man, same problem that I have. It could be that my room is too hot as well. Yeah, those tubs take a shitload of perlite, haha.
