I have 2 qts. of fully colonized WBS I need advice on the best method to use with such a small amount.

There is no best method. You could spawn it to coir in a tray and fruit it in a SGFC. Do you have a fruiting chamber / grow room? If you want to get good advice we need more info.

Yes I have a good SGFC, I just know I don't have much to work with. What would be a good ratio to use 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 ? I have some left over coir/ verm. I mixed up and used once. I have two gallon ziploc bags left over in the freezer. Using a tray, do I just get aluminum disposable pans at the store and how deep should they be?

Do I put wrap over the tray while it colonizes the substrate or just leave it open in the SGFC?

If you use aluminium you should put in a liner because the mycelium would eat your aluminium tray.

if it's clean spawn why not g2g and start building monos. if it's dirty spawn I would do 3 or 4 shoeboxes and build a mono anyway.

Almost everyone is repeating "get into agar". While it is recommended to use agar he asks what to do with a small amount of colonized grains.
I am using massive amounts of agar but I also have just a few colonized jars of different strains. I fruit them in small trays to test isolates/clones and make prints to share the magic.
So "Get into agar" might not always lead the questioner to his goal.
It's not meant to be an offense. <3

I would g2g so u can expand it to do a real run. Plus if u g2g those 2 to 10 jars u can use 8 jars doing a bulk method and keep 2 jar in case u mess up or get a contam

At the moment I have 8 quarts of WBS ready to be inoculated, you were mentioning going g2g with what I have already. My lazy ass could look up the Tek but how much spawn would I need to in each jar to start it colonizing the 8 that are ready to inoculate? I'm still a beginner at all this, is g2g for more advanced growers?

And clean spawn and dirty spawn was mentioned, what's the difference? I have no contams in the 6 pints that are 100% colonized, does that mean it's clean?

You could throw that 2 quarts of spawn inside a 66 quart monotub with 500g coir & 500g vermiculite as your bulk substrate.
That's how much spawn I used in my monotub, and mine wasn't even dialed in properly, but still had a yield of at least 80g dry.
