Where are you on the psychotic-autistic spectrum?

If a 0 represents someone extremely psychotic, a 6 represents someone extremely autistic, and a 3 someone who is a balance of both?
Autists tend to be more masculine thinkers in that they like to have everything in order, have poor social skills and have trouble handling novelty. Psychotics tend to be more feminine thinkers in that they can intuitively understand what other people are thinking but have trouble formulating a rational and coherent response or behaving predictably.
I'm about a 1 I think. Maybe even a 0.5.

I dunno, I find it hard to place myself on such a limited scale, but I'm definitely some way towards the autistic side. Very organised, very mechanically/technically proficient, very masculine, and very lacking in natural social skills and empathy (which are two things I have worked very hard at improving over the last decade).
I took the diagnostic test, thinking it was gonna potentially diagnose me with mild aspergers, but apparently they don't diagnose that here any more. And even if they did, I'm so mild I can see why I slipped through.
To simplify, could we not say that 0 is a perfect balance between the two, -6 = psychotic, +6 = autistic? My brain can't quite wrap around the scale you suggested... If that was the case, I'd probably be 1-1.5 on the autistic side.
Out of curiousity, where did you find the suggestion that psychotic is at the opposite end of the scale to autistic? I've never heard that said before.

There was an article I read somewhere about how psychosis was related to a hyper-awareness of and sensitivity to social interaction, and autism was the opposite of that, but I don't remember where and I still find this scale dubious. Autistic (self-absorbed) thinking used to be considered one of the main features of schizophrenia, actually I think autism was even known as childhood schizophrenia until the 1980's(?)
I kind of see what OP is getting at (There are statistical links between autism/atheism, and psychosis/religiosity) but I don't think it's right to simplify a complex relationship with such a scale, mainly because the conditions are often co-morbid.

Check this one out, it's a super-interesting article.

It seems to me that cutting-edge psychological theory has come upon how psychosis and autism are opposites in many, many ways.

I think I'm roughly a 3 - I feel fairly balanced between the two polarities I see value in both the masculine and feminine, especially when they're balanced and united

Love it, well said deff. As ever, balanced perfectly between the two poles seems the most ideal place to exist.
