Here's an Agaricus key http://www.svims.ca/council/Agari1.htm
Do they stain red?

Thank you very much. I'll be poking around this document.
They do not stain red. Just examined them.

Looks like maybe a little faint yellow staining though, right?

It doesn't seem yellow to me. I've only just read about the yellow staining Agaricus species, so my eye isn't used to looking for it.
The book I have makes the yellow staining seem more pronounced. Like I said, I am not very familiar with it.
Edit: I can see it faintly in the third picture, I think due to it being dirty, and making the white of it appear tarnished. Also, in the first picture, the stems in the upper right hand corner seem to be staining a bit red. Thoughts?

Since it doesn't stain red or yellow and doesn't have a chemical-like odor, it must be in one of the edible sections.
See if any of these match:

The only poisonous one that it resembles is A. Californicus, which stains yellow. The ones I have do not.
A. Augustus seems dead on from the pictures in the provided link, especially when they are more mature. However, it says the gills are never pink.
A. Campestris or A. Bernardii seem like the two most likely candidates. The cross section photo in my ID book for Campestris matches the one I have photoed quite well.
Honestly, I can't come to a conclusion. If y'all had to take your best guess, what would you say?

A. californicus usually only yellows on the stem base. Yours are not A. californicus due to the scales on the cap.

More importantly the color, A. augustus is chestnut brown and yours are white with black scales.

A. campestris and A. bernardii don't have dark scales. A. campestris has a smaller annulus and A. bernardii has a shorter stem and stains red.

I think it is cool and interesting and does not match any species I have ever found. It would be cool to check in the new Agaricus book by Rick Kerrigan which came out 3 days ago.
