Coir/verm/gypsum =CVG. The gypsum is optional. Coir/verm looks all wispy likebthat on top and the brown shows through some. It doesn't look bad. If your cakes were inoculated with a spore syringe, you might only get one flush, but it's healthy for now.

Case and fruit. You should get a really good first flush, but it'll probably trich out after that. That's what happened to the mini trays in the pic in my signature. If you're extremely lucky, you'll get 2 flushes first.

More coir/verm will work fine. I usually add a dash of garden lime to my casing material, but that's also optional. It just acts as a ph buffer.

I wouldn't worry about it being in 'fruiting' too early. Mushrooms will begin to create fruiting bodies only after the substrate is fully colonized or if it runs into something that makes it begin to fruit before that-like bacteria or other contaminates.
Since you spawned this tub with brf cakes, it probably has a good bit of bacteria riding in it...this is why the person above stated that you might only get one good flush from it. BRF cakes are not the best way to spawn to bulk-however, it can work and it has been done before.
