Hey all! My wife and I have a few english walnut trees in our yard and two of them are almost completely dead. It has been rainy here and today we went out and noticed these beautiful little clusters growing from one of the dead trees. We were hoping someone could help us identify them! They make for some beautiful pics.

Sweet they look like edible oyster mushrooms. Spore prints should be white

That's awesome, they're growing all up the tree. We have been here for a bit over a year and this is the first time we have noticed them.

Thanks for that link! Here they are today, they're going crazy. I dont want to disturb them but i want to get a few myc chunks to put on some agar.

Those look great. Nice and meaty! That tree should provide for several years if you don't remove it.
