Habitat: Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc.
growing on mulch near the woods, in northern Virginia, USA
If any other information is needed I can provide.
Other information: Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.

Look like they may be Armillaria. Try taking closer pictures, and ones showing the mushrooms from angles other than top-down so we can see other features.

Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it. If you detect a scent reminiscent of Anethole (anise) please preserve a specimen or two for study and please PM me.

I agree Armillaria and the need for close-ups. And that's probably Cyathus cf. striatus as well.

https://www.shroomery.org/8461/Which-psilocybin-mushrooms-grow-wild-in-my-area
There are species of Conocybe (if they are still regarded to belong in that genus these days) which contain psilocybian compounds but I have no indication yours are one of them. It is not a genus in which to experiment.
