Hi all

Is there any specific strain of psylocybin cubensis that contains the highest quality alkloid? I heard strain b+ is a favorite, However how do albino A or dancing tiger, fair well?

Please note that strain discussion should take place in the strain forum (https://www.shroomery.org/forums/postlist.php/Board/286).

That being said, there is no conclusive evidence that any strain of cubensis is any more potent than any other strain with noticeable regularity, with perhaps the exception of Penis Envy. PE is the one cube that many feel is more potent than most others.

Any variety has the possibility of creating shit strains or awesome strains. Any two spores that mate make a strain.

If you use spores you have 100s of strains in a grow. Most of your mushrooms will be made of many strains as well.

You have to clone and use agar to save good genetics.

You may as well pick any strain

PE is more potent on average even when using spores. But yield and time to fruiting are often lower so if you're a noob I would avoid that one particular variety

The biggest trip of my life was realizing all of the events and actions described in posts made by this account were never real and had never actually happened, but were instead the delusional ramblings of a severely mentally ill human being. I just had to move on for my own good. I love you all.

Thanks everyone, before my first attempt! One more question I should use cakes my first time vs a tub, right? Cakes provide a higher degree of sterility?

They don't provide a higher degree of sterility, they're just more forgiving.

They also have the added benefit of not needing a pressure cooker, which is a necessary element for most bulk grows. So that's a $100 investment you can put off by starting with PF Tek.

Ah, I was just shooting for an average with the tax included.

...Is that $70 with the tax included? 'Cause that's awesome! That being said, I'm sure I'm not the only grower in a position where $70 might as well as be $100.

Bacteria and molds seem to have a harder time taking hold in BRF cakes than in sterile grains, so your sterile practice doesn't need to be as on point.
