I am so jealous
you can tell the spanish is a little contrived but overall it's super super impressive for a FOUR year old. she has such a bright future if she continues to develop her polylinguism

Nice, I remember seeing her recently, if she develops Chinese and Arabic especially she could work for a lot of businesses or the CIA.

Tbh that's probably one of the best ages to learn language. You would have learned your native language very recently so all those same language development pathways would still be open.
That's why alot of elementary schools teach secondary language these days.

Yeah learning language as an adult is practically impossible, as a kid it's quite easy, it just comes naturally.

Oh, how it must feel to be a child. If only I could remember.
I can't understand what's being said in the video but it's interesting to see. My girl said something about this to me the other night, and I asked if the parents had any involvement, she said the mom was the major influence, making her learn all these languages. Now, I can agree that knowing how to speak all these languages will be very useful, but the parents may be ruining this child's life by thrusting her in front of the media like this.
Think about the child actors.

this seems somewhat bullshitty, she can't have been alive long enough to have remembered anything more than a few phrases in each language
probably just a kid with an eidetic memory being used for a public spectacle/entertainment show

yeah i mean the spanish was definitely BSy because the pronounciation was all off but the pronunciation of the french sounded right and the english seemed genuine enough. i suppose she could easily have just memorized exactly what she was gonna have to say. i dont know enough about the other languages to comment. still, for a four year old to have that range of pronuciative ability is impressive in and of itself

clearly fake/staged. knew it in the first few seconds. Not even sure that is the girls real voice. Why so little camera on her face?
