I use the medium bags and use 2 1/4 quarts in each.
needle, pint jar, g2g transfer from the jar with half in on bag and half in the other, then tub.
2 bags is a tub

i use 2 1/4th quarts of hydrated rye grain in each medium bag. i use two medium bags for each mono tub.
i use the pint jar of grain that has been inoculated with spores to transfer to both of the bags. basically half the jar per bag.
you will be able to fit two of those bags in the pressure cooker.
when you put them in side to side, use the metal that comes from around two of your jars (the circular part that hold the lid down) to separate the bags as they are sitting next to each other in the PC.
hope that helps

Put 2.25 quarts of rye in a medium bag. Use two bags for each mono that you do.
Both bags together will fit into your Presure cooker.

9 cups of rye. Does that make sense?

I been using 4qt of grain in each spawn bag meant for a 66qt tub. Ends up having over 4qts from the grain transfer.
You can stack them, depending on your pc. Try to load them as neatly as possible.
When sterilizing bags it would be wise to add 30 minutes or an hour on to jar times. I cook jars to two hours so bags cook for 2:30-3 hours. Upping the pressure wouldn't hurt either but is not nessecary.
With one quart jar going to 10 grain bags if you stetch your spawn you can do a lot with a couple dozen jars alone
