ID Request: Which Amanita ("delectable tea or deadly poison?")

Southern Maine, USA, under pines.
The first grouping (all within inches of each other) contained one young one, pushing up, and 1.5 just bulbs - one looked like it was cut in half by something? Another possibly knocked down by the massive wind/rain we've had the last few days.
They seem to match the Amanita profile, but not sure which one. My best guess is Muscaria. But not sure on var.

The second find was solo, about 20 feet away, though under the same pines. This one more mature.

A day later I picked it - almost all the warts are gone (lots of rain/wind) and the orange center has faded away, but you can still see a bit of the universal veil on the edges, as well as those little lines on the outer edge of the cap.

Shaggy maybe? But no concentric rings? (pulled a slug out of one of those holes)

Being Northeastern USA, and the yellow (and orange in the mature one), I'm leaning towards amanita muscaria var. guessowii, but I'm new to this for sure. Of course there's the possibility that the mature one is a different Amanita altogether.
Any one make a positive ID? Thanks!

No takers? From what I can gather, they're not Death Cap or Destroying Angel Amanitas, are there others I need to worry about being deadly?

Amanita muscaria group, also compare with Amanita crenulata.

Thanks!
I don't see the concentric rings around the base of the stipe that are often a tell-tale sign. Does that mean anything? Or does age / specific mushroom make this a non make-or-break for an ID?

I don't see them either, which is why I suggested A. crenulata. Its color, warts and overall look put it in Amanita section Amanita, all of which contain muscimol and lack other toxins.

Thank for the reply!
The one from the first photo, has all its beautiful color washed out by heavy rains the last week or so - but it's still so wonderful to look at. It's growing right by my side door, and I can see it lit up by the outside light at night. Been a good companion.
It's still hasn't "flattened" out yet...any idea how long the development cycle of these are? I'm enjoying having it grow there, but would like to pick it / dry it before it begins to rot...
