One time i took only a gram of shrooms and had these horrible feelings. They were like panic signals from my brain that matched up  with visions of people dying and me dying and my mom finding me or vice versa. And peoples family's when they die. The only thing that got me out of that loop was realizing that there is nothing i can do about it. That was probably my second scariest trip. The most scary was on 3.5 of shrooms.

Jeez.

Death is something i have never truly dealt with despite being so close to it myself and relatives/brother dying.

i am not afraid of death, but i am terrified at the way in which i will die. Hopefully ill get lucky and die in my sleep

panic attacks literally feel like death. recently i have been getting them and what happens is my heart beats out of my chest practically and i get extremely lightheaded like and i get this taste in my mouth i can only compare to "tasting like death itself" its beyond scary. Luckily clonadine has helped take them away

do you get panic attacks when sober?

Yeah im not nearly as scared of not existing anymore as i am of the thought of my loved ones finding out i am dead. Or the other way around. Especially my mom. There is just something extra horrible about a mother loosing her child.

Other than that shit though the tripwas acctually awesome. I watched american dad for most of it and i cant describe how amazing it was. The comeup of shrooms is just really rough for me. When i dosed with my friend one time, I noticed that when the effects started he was like "i feel great" but i never feel great until after i feel scared and tense. Acid seems to have a fairly gentile come up.

Shrooms are better but I use weed way more often. If I had to chose between just having access to one for the rest of my life, I'd probably choose shrooms, but it would still really suck to give up weed.

Coming up on shrooms is definitely the hardest of any psychedelic I've tried.

I notice i am much happier when i am without weed. Life is a little more boring but its nice to have the clear headspace and increase in energy. I also appreciate eating and little things much more

With that said..i cant lie..i miss weed to a degree for sure
