Hi Guys! Nice to meet you all
I've been on a hunt in south wales, UK and collected a few things. I've got a pile of similar looking shrooms to the ones pictured but theyre a bit damaged and some are going very dark, bruising perhaps? but I think I'll start with the ones below.
Species #1

Habitat: northeast facing hillside grassland, sheep grazing, patches of fern and gauss bushes
Gills: dark brown
Stem: 40-100mm long, 1-2mm thick pale colour
Cap: 4-12mm diameter, pale creamy colour, darker near the gills, some slight pimple on the top
Bruising: not noticable
General location: south wales
Species #2

Habitat: northeast facing hillside grassland, sheep grazing, patches of fern and gauss bushes
Gills: dark brown
Stem: 40-100mm long, 2-3mm thick pale colour
Cap: 10-25mm diameter, pale creamy colour, darker near the gills, smooth, don't appear to have a pimple, slightly more bell shaped.
Bruising: not noticable
General location: south wales
Thanks!

Species 1 is libs. In your species 2 collection you may have some paneolus, but you also have more libs. Try numbering them if you'd like more precision.

Sweet, not a bad result I suppose.
If I'm not mistaken nothing dangerous so far? and possibly worth consuming?
A little more clarity on the second species photo:

I'd obviously be interested to know how someone can tell, as they look different to the libs from the other photo. Why are some so much darker? I've also turned some caps downwards in the hope of a spore print.
Here's the mess I have not bothered to try and sort too!

Thanks for the help so far! I'm glad we found anything, think it's getting a little cold now.

those look like all pans, some of the really small ones on the bottom might be libs but might as count em with the pans

After all I agree with this. 17 could be a lib, but is probably paneolus papilonaceus, along with the rest of the bottom row.
