Recipe:

40g > Whole Grain Flour.
100g > Paper Pellets.
40g > Spent Tea.

----

Substrate water guide:

x 1 Dry Substrate | 1 Part(s) | 50% Water.
x 2 Dry Substrate | 2 Part(s) | 66% Water.
x 3 Dry Substrate | 3 Part(s) | 75% Water.
x 4 Dry Substrate | 4 Part(s) | 80% Water.

Examples:

100g dry + 100g water = 50% water.
100g dry + 200g water = 66% water.
100g dry + 300g water = 75% water.
100g dry + 400g water = 80% water.

Basic cooking guide:

Get a bowl with lid, add the tea, flour and any additives, mix together.
Now add your measured hot boiling water and mix again.

Add 280g of water for the basic microwave cook.
Add the mixture to the dry paper pellets.

Mix and mash with a fork, or vegetable masher.
Place the lid on but with a small gap.

Microwave for 20 minutes, then its ready.
Pressure cook for 40-60 minutes.

You may need to pH balance to the desired level using lime.

You can also cook using any other chosen method.

I suggest leaving the substrate to cool for 4 hours after microwaving.
The substrate will crumble which makes assembly easier.

Use a cheap microwave pressure cooker.

40g of spent tea is roughly 16-18 bags, or 120-140g loose and damp.
The tea should be spent twice before use, or once if used.
