The strain is reshi. and its simply wbs bulked with hydrated fuel pelletsand alil gupsum (I do all my substrate pasturization in the microwave in ziplock freezer bags) i use a 2-1 spawn ratio coverd withh with plastic and you see it

Reishi can be any one of a great number of species, and each species will have multiple strains. Yours looks like it is probably a strain of the species Ganoderma sessile based on the way it is growing.

Neato. And, as asked, you don't supplement?

I'm not knocking your methods but how can you call microwaving zip-lock bags pasteurization?

I won't answer for the OP, but when using a 2:1 spawn rate with reishi there's absolutely no need to supplement with bran. Your supplementation is in your spawn.

I call pouring boiling water in a bucket of wood pellets pasteurization. Seems like the OP's method is similar and looks like it worked just fine. Sure, it's not true pasteurization by any means, but when using wood pellets with reishi, there's really no need for true pasteurization. Especially with that high of a spawn rate, and the contaminant fighting ability of reishi.
Nice looking grow so far!

Anything that reasonably knocks back the living organisms works as pasteurization as far as I am concerned.

I didn't say it wouldn't work. I do the same thing but I don't call it Pasteurization. Would you pour boiling water over cow shit and call it good? Next thing you know we got noobs microwaving manure and wondering what happened when it tricks out.
