Mushroom Identification help requested

Thank you in advance for the help. I found these in my back yard (along with some devils dipsticks) and was wondering what they are. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Green Bay, Wisconsin. (10/22/2016). Growing in the backyard

Gills:
N/A

Stem:
About 4 - 5 inches depending on the mushroom.

Cap:
White/tan-ish. Maybe 3-4"?

Spore print color:
Not available

Bruising:
Not available

I've not, though I understand that at the stage they are in your picture, they are good to eat, and that when they open and the gills darken, they are beyond their prime in terms of culinary value. Obviously, once they begin to deliquesce, they are beyond eating.

They are delicious and very good for you. You have to get them when they are young and firm, and even once you pick them you don't have long before they turn to ink.

I eat them every year in the season when they are about the only edible around. Younger the better anf fantastic sautéed whether put on toast, with eggs, on mild flavored meat, in soup.
