That's gonna depend on your setup. Shotgun fruiting chamber, monotub, double tub and how "dialed in" your setup is.
-------------------- Alright then, picture this if you will: 10 to 2 AM, X, Yogi DMT, and a box of Krispy Kremes, in my "need to know" post, just outside of Area 51. Contemplating the whole "chosen people" thing with just a flaming stealth banana split the sky like one would hope but never really expect to see in a place like this. Cutting right angle donuts on a dime and stopping right at my Birkenstocks, and me yelping... Holy fucking shit!

If you did the tek correctly you would have made sure the the substrate was at field compasity before you pastured it.
assuming so, with the RH staying correct in your mono tub, also assuming its dialed in correctly you'll be fine. no misting required.

if you're doing a monotub, one thing i've learned is that water droplets on the surface of the substrate (once it's fully colonized) is a better indicator of proper moisture/humidity levels, than using 'dry rings' around the polyfilled holes (or a dry line that's supposed to be running down from the upper, loosely filled holes) as a gauge.
My tubs never had any dry rings or lines and did great...all the surfaces of the tubs would be covered with condensation, and i would use a light to peer through the lid to see that the water droplets on the surface were at a proper level (there should be no puddles, only little beads of water spread evenly over the mycellium).
No droplets means you should start misting and tighten up the polyfil.... puddles should be gently sopped up with the edge of a paper towel and polyfill loosened (also might need to increase airflow in the room)
