Hey, just wanted to say this is my first time hunting for mushrooms and I have still not had any experience with them at all. So I thought I would go look around the local park. I found a small patch of mushrooms between some trees thinking they were liberty caps at first so i took a few but now that I look at them I'm not so sure. The ones I've found look like a darker shade of brown and the cap looks different, the cap itself is a dark brown colour with darker brown stripes going down it.
Habitat: I found a small patch of mushrooms at the local park near some trees. The park has large patches of grass however they were so big I was looking around and I couldn't find a thing stumbled upon these after about an hour.
Gills: Kind of... frilly.. sorry like I say first ever time with mushrooms personally I don't know how to describe them.

Stem: The stem is very thin and very weak on some of the bigger shrooms they look thicker but the smaller ones even holding them too hard the stems will break.

Cap:Like I said the cap is dark brown with some darker stripes running down it the first thing i noticed were the caps which lead me to believe these were liberty caps.

Spore print color: Not entirely sure what this is but the full mushroom is made up of different shades of brown
Bruising: None that I can see
Other information: The mushroom does have quite a unique smell to it if I put it up to my nose but I wouldn't really know how to describe it. Sort of musky? I found these in Central Scotland. Like I say I don't think these are liberty caps but i brought them home just to make sure. Sorry if this isn't detailed enough I'll try do a better job next time. Thanks again
