In any other culture this would never of been repressed. Its a spiritual right of passage for humans all over the world. Every religion, drug and mystical experience is pointing to the same thing. Yet everyones failing to get the message.

Its just a world of damaged over egos with no idea who or what they are or where they came from. Its so sad for me to se my family, the world, in this state. All unhappy, when the answer is so easy.

Every one got taught to think they are lesser than or greater than. This is the fundamental flaw in our belief system here that causes all suffering. We are all equal. Any hate is only hating ones self. Anger is an expression of misunderstanding.

I just wish I could help on this plane too. Its a simple realisation. All suffering is caused by the illusion of seperation. The ego. Fear of the self is actually halting our evolution and being used to control others for money.

Its like a world full of children, just damaged egos all running arround appeasing each other so that they can continue the delusion.

Everyone wants someone else to tell them what good and bad is and everyone else wants to just hand round the collection plate. It doesn't matter if its religion, a government or your own friends and family. Its all that is happening here. Please wake up. You are the good and the bad in one.

This is what the western world has become. What can we do?

A Thinking Minds Guide to Enlightenment in A Fast Paced World

When you are a child you build up a map to reality to help you survive, good and bad and immediatly people around you start to influence this map. Your parents, then teachers, then when you are eventually free in society you characters is formed by the opinions and desires of other people.

These people are going around with no direction in life. They are unhappy. The do not know WHO they are or where they REALLY come from. They are an imagination of the self. A facebook profile. They have no idea what the true self is as they have never SEEN it. They have never seen god. Their idea of a God has been handed over to those who taught them how to behave. They became the willing servants of other peoples desires but cannot understand why they do not feel happy or free.

Its possible to shed this map completely. Its called ego death because yes this map of reality is your ego. Its the same thing you defend with your life when someobne tells you that you are wrong. Its your guard at the door to your conception of reality. The problem is here let us not forget, this map of reality was formed by the motives of others. Disregard if or not they had your best intention. Thats irrelvant now. The aim here is to shed your map.

Anyone can do this while sober and without drugs although I must state there are many ways people do this and one of my favourites is music, when you reach the god head you will see why.. There are things in reality that hold you back though. Mostly its belief, this is one of the biggest hurdles but if you can shed your social conditioning and achieve ego loss then you will learn to deal with each of these 'mental barriers' one by one until regress yourself back to source or the god head.

The hardest thing any human has to deal with is accepting his fellow man and women. Accepting ones self. We learn to label and seperate things. This is good until it isn't... All life is alive! Including the rocks but humans don't even accept that THEY are the same!

Most people believe they are a seperate entity. They were taught to believe this. Good and bad, positive and negative all came from the same thing. God is you, you are both the devil and the god. The standard view of religion is incorrect. it puts a devil and god on the outside of you. You are both as 1 that split from its love and fear.

This is the biggest obstable and barrier that we must break down. When you travel beyond this you can not only be a friend of all man but a friend of god. That god IS you, you are its mirror.

1. Be calm - meditate
2. Let go off self, let go off all attatchments to self
3. Concentrate the mind and focus on a mantra and feeling the body relax
4. Breath!
5. Allow the euphoria and do not allow the wandering mind to prevent it
6. Keep doing this and repeating it until you have control
7. Concentrate on it and allow yourself to go as deep as you want

What happens is you will achieve ego death will conscious and sober and eventually you will see the truth, the source, the one and if you experience what I did you realise it is you, we are all one being, all life, the rocks, the air, the time the space all of it. That which you seek it is yourself.

When your ego first starts dissolve it will feel like your going insane or exploding or an immense rush of euphoria or pain.

Now I can do this at will I can choose to go back through those levels or not. TBH I've travelled them now & seen them I don't need to any more unless someone wanted a specific question. I still must regularly meditate but all I need is my mantra and I can tune in to the frequency. Your ego does return. It is their to keep the balance as you will learn on this journey.

Enlightenment is real. All suffering is caused by the illusion of seperation.
