Blue stems misidentified?

Habitat: Nutrient rich farmers field / pasture.
Gills: attached.
Stem: Tall and thick. About 2 - 6 inches long. Thick solid stems. Whitish in color.
Cap: Big round caps yellish hue from cream to yellowish.
Spore print color: Brownish purpleish
Bruising: caps did not bruise at all, but the stems turned blue, I mean really bluem
Other information: Honestly when I picked these I thought I was picking cow mushrooms/ choice edible mushroom. But when I got home I noticed all the stems blueing. The mushrooms have a strong cent, but its almost of almonds like the choice edible only thing is the stems are turning blue fast. Anyone can help me with identity? This was 3 weeks ago so I no longer have these, but this will help for future identity. Thanks

It kind of looks like you have several different kinds there.

As far as I can tell, all of your mushrooms are Agaricus.

They were all growing together. I noticed the older ones had darker color gills. The younger ones had pinkish gills. I checked through about 30 of them. All young caps had lighter gills, older caps gills were darker. The caps all had a yellowish to white cap. By looking at the gills they did look different in color from age, but all had same print and same gill pattern. They had a bulge in the stem at the bottom. I cut the ring back from a new mushroom that hadn't opened that was directly growing from the older mushrooms base and it was pink gills not dark like the older ones. They had an almond smell. Very strong almond smell.

Yes that is what I originally thought. I picked them because I thought they were field mushrooms, or cow mushrooms/ choice edible. They looked and smelled like it, even had a strong almond scent. Only the stems turned blue on me and had me scratching my head like wdf this isn't right. I don't know of any other active mushrooms that look and smell like cow mushrooms.

They turned violet after I picked them. I was handling them and as I dropped 1 it went blueish purple, so I squeezed a few enough to lightly DMG them and it almost instantly went blueish purple.

Agaricus. Not sure if the purple hue is attributable to the lighting, but seems possible.

I checked for that as well. I know the light can change how the mushrooms actually look from pic to pic, but these were blueish purple without help from the flash and background. I am very careful about that. That is why I turned the flash off and went outside for a natural light. There is no flash present, and the light is not reflective as its getting dusk, and the sun is not shining. These things turned blue on me. I'm not crazy, I'm not sure why they turned blue but they did. I'm new to hunting, but I've always been great at photography, and getting the best lighting etc. With the flash on they looked really deep purple blue. More so than in this pic. I didn't save any of those as they didn't accurately portray the stems.

If they are the stems of the mushrooms in your other pictures, then I can tell you that they are Agaricus.

You need to slow down and take greater care with your observations and your conclusions. This is not a pursuit for the rash and you are all over the place. You'll find it gets easier if you do.

Sorry, there are so many different mushrooms, I'm eager to learn all I can. This has helped me out a lot. I've been going through the forums here and other places gathering info. I have a forest, my plot is 10 acres I'm eager to find something good this year. As I learn about the mushrooms I find I also learn about look a likes and little differences. I have a basic understanding of what I am looking for now, although the honey mushroom confuses me, to me it looks like a psilocybe. But I'm learning...
