as was stated, it depends on the context and your 'nearly' qualifier proves it's not sexist

but in reality, who the fuck cares if it is, people need to wash the sand out of
their vaginas if it's irritating them that much

Because no one would know why they're being banned. You'd send them 30 pages on your thoughts and feelings about their behavior and how it compares to the struggle to find clean water in Africa. Somewhere in there would be "So I banned you because you calling Neal a fucktard is over the line" but they would probably have to read through 15 pages just to find that.

LOL -- yeah, i'm like totally serious when it comes to Africa. i am the College Liberal meme. :laugh2: just because i tell idiots to stfu.

but um, no, i probably likely wouldn't ban anyone. that's probably a good reason why i am not a moderator. glad you think of me as such a high-minded academic, when i literally post here for shits-and-giggles. LOL

hmmm...i wouldn't want to ban anyone without addressing whatever issue is leading to a ban, in any event; so i'd most likely just tell them to stfu and die, and edit their posts, and generally be an asshole. i can't see it going too badly. if i am a mod, i am given cart blanche to fight vulgarity with vulgarity, fire with fire, right?

presumably, it should be everyone's ability here, to do as such. though, they couldn't ban people. mods should be the ones to ban people, but people shouldn't get banned for telling someone to fuck off and die, when that someone is being a douche. the rules are seemingly almost good for nothing.

so give to Africa why don't you, and do something worthwhile with your stinky non-giving non-charitable life, would you? :cookiemonster: save a life.

I stopped reading after "it even says so in the Bible." like, wow! oh my gosh! well, gee wilickers, I guess this ancient text from a civilization which existed over three thousand years ago is still the best and most relevant source of wisdom we have on all of the incredibly intricate and sensitive challenges faced by current era humanity!

Really though, this is more than agreeing to disagree, this napkin note was written with tones of authority, and when involving beliefs, that's just a dangerous mindset for someone to have. If they had said "i believe that women should be in the home". Fine, no problem. Go have fun living in that narrow shade of life... but when they're saying "this is the penultimate reality for women, and you should believe so too and act accordingly"... that's when they're being aggressive about it in a way which is simply unfortunate for everyone involved.

Women are happier when they are at home, it gives them a sense of purpose due to biology. Your viewpoints might change when you have a child. Being a mother is no easy task by any means.

The only reason it seems sexist is because you've been brainwashed to think that traditional roles for women are degrading and that women who are career oriented, overconfident, sassy, and independent are best.

Purpose and drive is a masculine trait, which is not attractive to men at all, but if that's what you want, so be it.

due to biology. :laugh2: says some rando, from the internet.

no, it's not due to biology. it's due to abstract reasoning.

biology limits one thing for people...procreation.

other than that, no one "feels" like they have to do anything "different" than anyone else, other than what they rationally deduce, or rationalize through an inherent bias -- a bias that is most definitely based on the understanding of roles based upon an engendered order of rules, made from the abstract thought process.

To keep it going. You need to have 2.1 kids to keep the population stable. If you like being alive, most people do, its better then not existing, you would naturally have kids. Of course its optional, nobodies forcing you to do anything. Crossing the barriers a mere trigger pull away.

I think you know that kind of epithet used for women, not men. The word "beast" has only negative connotations when applied to a woman.

complete and utter bullshit

well usually if you tell a guy he's a 'beast' its taken as a complement, but depends on the context I'd say

If you say to a man "you're a beast," it's likely a compliment. If you tell a woman "you're a beast" that is nearly universally an insult.

What does it mean if you tell a woman she is a 'hunk?' :smirk:

Probably at the end of the day, but for societies general comfort a slow transition would be ideal imo
Cutting population by maybe a quarter or a third per generation
