Habitat:

Found in panama growing on tree. Hard like wood. 99 percent sure its red reishi but just want some more opinions

Can't tell from your pic, you need to photograph the underside of the it as well.

Pycnoporus cinnabarinus and Pycnoporus sanguineus are two names this specimen fits under.  P. sanguineus is also now called  Trametes sanguinea apparently.
