So the last 3 attempts at anything I have gotten the same mold. The mycelium growth looks great up until it's about 90% done and then I get this green mold, the last mono tub didn't have any until the casing layer was applied. I sterilized my wbs jars for 90 mins at 15 psi. I just finished building a sab and have some agar on the way so I haven't used it yet. But what is this mold and is there anything I can do different to help prevent it

You haven't used agar yet, so, I'm guessing you innocculated from a spore syringe.
I'm going to go with trichoderma on this. Contaminated syringe probably, or it could be from sterile procedure.
Oh yea, to prevent it, start using that agar asap.

It should arrive in 2 days. So the syringes can come contaminated? Would a hepa purifier help at all? Also does polyfil protect the jars at the inoculation point?

spore syringes should go to agar first. its almost absolutely mixed with some sort of dust particles to begin with. hepa purifier wont help at all with your spore syringe. aside form maybe limiting some more contaminant dust when inoculating... polyfill on jars help with gas exchange, work with your agar and sterile work procedures.
you can modify your lids using self healing injection port, drilling some holes and putting heat resistant silicon at the hole.
