Most vaccines have a 90 percent success rate and some will not build total immunity to a disease. So an vaccinated child could in fact pick up the disease from an unvaccinated child.
I dont belive the government should force parents to vaccinate, but I do believe all schools should have the choice to refuse to take unvaccinated children if they don't have the policy in place now.

The supreme court is a fucking abomination, and dead fucking wrong.
"Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."
Fuck the supreme court, fuck their prohibition, and fuck their removal of basic human liberties from the American people.
If you buy into their "it's for the greater good" excuse for every time they take away our rights, then you are a fool.

Hep B can be contracted 50+ times more easily than HIV, you can even catch it from sharing a toothbrush with someone who has it -- and young children are more prone to contract it as well.
You should get your kid vaccinated dude, the risks are so, so small and the benefits are so large.
@greencrush
It's for the good of the kid, and protecting kids from mentally incompetent parents . There's also this thing called herd immunity which is vitally important to the population to prevent outbreaks of deadly diseases. People like yourself are why that ruling had to come from the supreme court.

People like myself? Lmfao no fucker, my children are vaccinated. People like YOU are the reason shit like this comes from the supreme court. Because you're scared little pansies and beta males who can't run your own homes and lives, so you need big brother to tell you what to do.

This forum is full of liberal, big government loving, nut jobs. People like you are the reason we have the war on drugs, and can't control what we put into our own bodies. It's the same concept. Why are you even on this site if you love government control so much?

Do you think parental rights should come before child welfare? Certain people on this planet are not intelligent enough to make informed decisions regarding vaccination, and I think in those circumstances it's acceptable for the government to step in.

Ah, so you recant. You ARE for government control. It starts out with the little things, and then, once they have their liberal little claws in you, they start taking more.
I think parents should raise their children, not the government.
Don't try to swing this my way. You're the one who is for the government controlling what the people put into their bodies. Definitely not libertarian.

That's a slippery slope logical fallacy. If you don't vaccinate your children you are creating a health risk for more than just your own family.
