Specimin was found dried out in hole with old wood mulch. Cap is light tannish brown with darker colored nipples in the middle. Gills are light brown to brown. Stems are same color as caps, hollow, bruise darker tan to brown in some spots. The smell is just like a dried cubensis. They were connected as a cluster of two but I broke them apart before taking picture.

Below is the spot I found them in

The spore print was very light colored as not many spores fell but color appears to be orangish/rusty light brown.

I'm think possible Gymnopilus? Maybe luteoviridis or aeruginosus due to the fact they look really similar to these found in searching:

Maybe Lepiota or Leucoagarics.    It would help to see some that are in better shape.

Definitely nothing active.

Thanks for the reply; and yeah i know they're pretty roughed up. Its been hot here in texas lately so those were completely dry when i found them. And ahh that sucks, they have the right spore print color and the more i read about I looked at the shroomery hunting guide for Gymnopilus aeruginosus I felt more confident thats what it was. Thats kind of a letdown lol
