14 days and no pinning!!

Hi
So after my spawn bag was 100% colonized by mycelium y mixed the substrate with horse manure and vermiculite, and then i placed vermiculite on top of the whole mixture. After this i wrapped the tray (with the mixture in it) with foil and i waited approximately 6 days until the surface was 30% colonized. The problem is that 14 days have passed after removing the foil and no pins have formed. I've been keeping the temperature on a range of 62-75F or something like that and the humidity between 85% and 95%. I also fan the tray 3-4 time a day for 1 minute each time and give indirect sunlight to the cake 12 hours a day.
I think the problem is that my humidity has been too low but im not sure.
Should i keep waiting or should i try a method to accelerate the process?
Thanks!!
P.d. The strain is b+ AKM. Also i think my mycelium was bruised at some point because it turned blueish in some parts of the surface.

That's not a proper tek tub. Your not getting proper evaporation off your substrate. Looks like the Sahara desert.

That water isn't gonna help. Your substrate is still dry as hell. 2 holes on each long side of the tub made low. 1 hole on each short side made high. You might not have enough substrate in that tray for the size of the tub you have.

Don't worry about humidity as much as getting some mist on that tray. I would also put a little water in between the cake and liner called bottom watering. Not a lot! If it doesn't soak in the water in 24hrs drain it and leave it be, just mist the top so the verm is wet and glistens.
EDIT: no liner... just between the substrate and tray
